400 Guests

This popular hall was built in 1981 and dedicated to John Anthony Burns (1909–1975), Governor of Hawai’i, 1962-74. Governor Burns shaped post-World War II Hawai’i by forging a coalition of returning Japanese American veterans and unions and transforming the Democratic Party. The John A. Burns Hall provides 6,880 square feet of floor space and features a full kitchen, stage, as well as access to an adjoining outdoor field for large public events. This space is a favorite for weddings, memorials, large cultural events, and business gatherings.
